Algonquin College
Algonquin College is a public college in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The college serves the National Capital Region and the eastern Ontario regions. Algonquin College is the largest college in the Ottawa area with over 10,000 full-time and 17,000 part-time students. The college offers more than 190 diploma, certificate, and apprentice programs.

Admission requirements
In order to be considered for admission to Algonquin College, you must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, as well as meet the minimum course requirements. These requirements vary depending on the program you’re applying to.
In addition to the above, all applicants must also complete an English and/or Math placement assessment prior to registration. The results of your assessment will help determine which level of English and/or Math courses you will be required to take.
Fees
As an Algonquin College student, you will be required to pay tuition, ancillary, and other fees.
Tuition is based on the number of credits you take each semester. You can find the per credit tuition rate for your program by using the fee calculator.
Ancillary fees are mandatory fees that provide vital services to students and contribute to the cost of running the College. These include the Student Activity Fee, which funds student clubs and events; the Health Plan Fee, which provides health and dental coverage; and the Capital Improvement Fee, which goes towards maintaining and upgrading our campuses. Carleton University
Carleton University is a public research university in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 1942 as Carleton College, a non-denominational evening college to serve veterans returning from World War II, the institution was chartered as a university by the provincial government in 1952 through The Carleton University Act.
