Farm & Fleet is a regional retail chain of 32 stores in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Indiana. The Myrick family founded the company in 1955 when they purchased three struggling hardware stores in Illinois and Wisconsin. The family combined the three stores into one organization and called it Federal Stores. After several years of successful operation, the company changed its name to Farm & Fleet to better reflect its product mix.
In the early days, Farm & FleetStore resembled a country general store, offering a wide array of products including hardware, dry goods, housewares, tools, fabrics, farm supplies, and pet food. Over the years, as the needs of our customers changed, so did our product mix. Today, we focus on providing quality products at competitive prices with outstanding customer service.
Farm & Fleet is headquartered in Bloomington IL and is still owned and operated by the Myrick family. We are proud to be a family-operated company and we will continue to provide quality products at great values with excellent service for many years to come!
